What are your products made from?
Our bird feeders, bee baths, and garden clips are made from PETG, a food-safe, UV-resistant, and durable plastic that’s perfect for the outdoors.
Are your items weatherproof?
Yes — PETG is weather-resistant and performs well in most outdoor conditions. While extreme heat or storms haven’t been fully tested, our products are built to last in typical seasonal changes.
Do I need tools to assemble anything?
No tools are required! The only exception is our original Bird Feeder, which requires a small amount of glue (not provided) to secure the base post. Everything else arrives ready to go or with minimal setup.
Can I choose my colours?
Each product is available in a selection of natural or bright colour ways — you can view these on the product pages. Some colours may vary slightly due to the nature of printing.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. If you're elsewhere, stay tuned — we’re growing fast!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep it as affordable as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery times varying by location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Can I exchange a product for a different colour or type?
We currently don't offer exchanges for change-of-mind, so double-check your colour selection before checkout. But reach out if there’s an issue — we're here to help.
